The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE®) is proud of its alumni and their accomplishments. From four-star restaurants to food media, from test kitchens to personal chefs, our alumni continue to win awards accolades and, most important, jobs! In Spring 2010, ICE honored a new group of inductees into The Alumni Hall of Achievement. 27 additional ICE alumni were inducted based on their expertise, experience and entrepreneurship.

Gail Simmons (Culinary '99), judge of BRAVO's Top Chef, is the new show's host.

Melissa Vaughan (Culinary '01) and her husband Brendan wrote The New Brooklyn Cookbook.

James Holmes (Culinary '01) of Olivia, has won an Eater Award for Restaurant of the Year, Austin.

Paul Salkind (Culinary '01) is now human resources director for the Fig & Olive group of restaurants
