  With appropriate advance notice, The Institute of Culinary Education may be available for trade and press events.

With hands-on teaching kitchens, a wine studies classroom, and an 80-seat demonstration kitchen, the school provides unique space for companies presenting new food, beverage and cooking products.
 
Private Cooking PartyIn the past, we have been a venue for groups including the New Zealand Lamb Council, the National Potato Board, Wusthof Cutlery, KitchenAid, Bloomingdales and Mondavi wines. Similarly, culinary trade groups including the IACP, AIWF, WCR (Women Chefs & Restaurateurs), and Slow Food USA have found the space perfect for meetings and presentations.
