The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) runs the most successful private cooking event program in the nation. We offer cooking events that are perfect for corporate entertaining, corporate team building and closing dinners, or for personal celebrations such as birthdays, rehearsal dinners, or special reunions. Combining the best elements of a cocktail party, a cooking class and an informal banquet, ICE cooking parties and cooking events are an easy, seamless option when you want to celebrate with and entertain a group.

Cooking events can be lunch or dinners, and typically last three-and-a-half hours: 1/2 hour for wine and hors doeuvres, 1 to 1 1/2 hours of cooking, then a sit-down, full-service three-course dinner where you all enjoy the meal you've made! Private dining rooms and custom menus are also available for luncheons, dinners or cocktail parties. ICE events are formatted so cooking is part of the entertainment! You will learn specific cooking techniques, and our chef-instructors and assistants will be on hand to guide you and your guests. Our staff is prepared for both the eager novice and the experienced home cook. The schools atmosphere lends itself to equal parts learning and participation, leavened with fun!
