The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE®) runs the most successful private cooking event program in the nation, offering events that are perfect for corporate entertaining, team building and closing dinners,or for personal celebrations such as birthdays, rehearsal dinners, or special reunions. Combining the best elements of a cocktail party, a cooking class and an informal banquet, ICE®'s cooking parties are an easy, seamless option when you want to celebrate with and entertain a group. Events can be lunch or dinners, and typically last three-and-a-half hours. Private dining rooms and custom menus are also available for luncheons, dinners or cocktail events.
