      Indaba Chardonnay :: South Africa
Citrus and tropical fruit aromas lead to a crisp, fresh palate with mouth-filling flavors of apple, pear, honey, and pineapple. A gentle kiss of oak adds a creamy butterscotch nuance and wonderful depth
      Indaba Merlot :: South Africa
This supple Merlot displays lip smacking aromas and flavors of ripe cherry, plum and dark chocolate, with notes of exotic spice and a slight hint of smoke. Versatile and approachable.

This rose is has a bouquet reminiscent of plants with notes of fruits and spices, apricot and grapefruit pulp.

      Goldwater Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2009 :: Marlborough, New Zealand
The wine is intensely aromatic with fragrant aromas of honeyed lychee and passionfruit, plus subtle crushed nettles tones and fresh minerality. The palate shows rich ripe aromas which combine with herbal and citrus nuances to give a well balanced wine with a refreshing, long and clean finish.

      Montinore Reserve Pinot Gris :: Willamette Valley, Oregon
This is a full-bodied white wine that is richly textured with mouth filling flavors of ripe yellow pear and baked apple with hints of roasted hazelnut, lanolin and fresh cream. The long finish offers flavors of ripe apple and spiced pear with ample acid.

      Lucien Albrecht Riesling Cuvee Henri :: Alsace, France
Green apple Riesling fruit with some mineral and slate notes. It is high in acidity with a lovely apple fruit, essentially dry and with good length.

      Broquel Malbec :: Argentina, South America
The wine shows aromas of black fruit jam and liqueur, with notes of vanilla, chocolate and smoke. On the palate, its ample and rich, with a long finish and soft tannins.

      Erath Pinot Noir :: Willamette Valley, Oregon
Bright cherry and juicy red plum aromas are lifted by a hint of exotic, zesty spice. The sweet entry leads to mouth-filling cherry pie, red currant and vanilla-coffee flavors that extend into a subtle smokiness and a long, luxurious finish.

      Domaine J. Vidal-Fleury Croze Hermitage Rouge :: Rhone, France
One of the few grapes to really be a global success. Syrah combines a meaty core of ripe berry fruit with tones that range from herbal to peppery in a package that tends to be medium bodied with good acidity and softer tannins. With age the wines can gain lovely leathery and black olive notes that make them a great match for savory dishes.

      Grgich Hills Zinfandel :: Napa, California
So enriched by sweet oak that its very deep, berry-like fruit takes a moment to catch up with its initial aromas of sweet cream, cappuccino, root beer and toast, this opulent Zin finds a niche all its own. It is wonderfully supple with a fine spine of tannin that firms without being overly obvious, and its layered flavors reflect all the complexity of its nose.

Dessert Wines
      La Face Neige Apple Ice Wine
This Canadian producer has given the world the “Willy Wonka” of ice wine. The juice from apples naturally frozen from the early Quebec frosts are fermented to precious nectar that gives the world liquid gold that has pure, crisp aromas of ripe apple with brilliant intensity. In the mouth it displays bright fresh butterscotch.

      Smooth Woodhouse LBV Port :: Douro, Portugal
This is one of the small secrets in port. The late bottled vintage from Smith Woodhouse comes from a small family producer who emulates the careful handling that only the most expensive vintage ports see. LBV is a soft and delicious Vintage Port with a good amount of bottle age. Aromas of dried cherries, spices and milk chocolate follow through to a medium-bodied palate with soft tannins and sweet fruit. Long finish.

100% Chardonnay. Toast, pencil shavings and citrus aromas and flavors mark this elegant, intense Champagne, which is firmly structured and could benefit from additional short-term aging.

      Gosset Grand Reserve :: Champagne, France
Based in Ay, Gosset is the oldest family owned champagne house. This is truly an artisanal gem. The Grand Reserve is an insider's value that shows rare depth and character for a non-vintage bubbly. This is a full-bodied, mature-flavored, subtly complex Champagne. Has the signature toast and walnut aromas, a smooth, expansive mousse, mellow fruit flavors and a luxurious, lingering finish.

Premium White Wines
      Patz & Hall Chardonnay Sonoma Coast :: Sonoma, CA
An almost perfect expression of the cool California climate of Sonoma. Ultrarich and full-bodied, with lots of depth and concentration to the fig, toasty oak, hazelnut and melon flavors. Keeps a tight focus and finishes with a long, deep aftertaste emphasizing the fruit and oak in harmony.

      Bouchard Pere & Fils Meursault "Les Clous" :: Burgundy, France
Way more than 100% Chardonnay. This region is responsible for some of the truest expression of chardonnay the world over. Chablis-like in its austerity, with chalk, lemon, green apple and mineral notes that cling to the bony frame. Though tensile and balanced on the sharp side, this has fine length and appeal.

      Joesph Drouhin Puligny Montrachet :: Burgundy, FR
One of the most famous vineyard sites in the world. The Puligny is know for it's complex and mineral driven whites. This vintage shows soft, floral flavors, with notes of vanilla custard that mark this elegant white. Shows a little oak now, with lime blossom and mineral flavors underneath. Very complex in the finish.

Premium Red Wines
      Argyle Pinot Noir Reserve :: Willamette, Oregon
Argyle has established itself at the forefront of Oregon consistently being praised by both the public and the press. This beauty is open-textured, with a welcome transparency to the blackberry, currant and plum fruit and the shadings of star anise and black pepper. The finish sails on with minimal impediment from tannins.

      Beaurenard Chateauneuf d'Pape :: Rhone, France
For Generations this producer has brought us timeless bottling. This Chateauneuf is a big wine, with a wall of structure around a core of black currant, blackberry and fig fruit. Plenty of exotic spice, dark chocolate, licorice and graphite notes skitter in the background, with a long finish that drips with fruit.

      Fattoria dei Barbi Brunello di Montalcino :: Tuscany, Italy
Barbi is the producer that started everything when they were the first to export Brunello and also be awarded by the state. History is deep among this delicious producer. Brunello is packed with dark cherry and raspberry aromas that follow through to a full body, with loads of chewy tannins and rich fruit. The fruit concentration is impressive, yet this is balanced and in form.

  Grahams Tawny 30yr :: Duoro, Portugal
Chocolates match made in heaven. Grahams is an icon Port house among the early producers to garner the stature the Duoro now claims. The 30yr port displays big and rich bitter chocolate, honey and almond character, medium body and sweetness and long, nutty finish.

  Chateau les Justice Sauternes :: Bordeaux, France
There's beautiful ripe fruit in this, with pineapple, mango and papaya and hints of vanilla and honey. Full-bodied and medium sweet. Rich and round, with loads of cooked apple, citrus peel and spices. Long and flavorful.
