This space is perfect for press events and large parties. Set up as a demonstration kitchen, it is equipped with a full-sized overhead mirror which reflects 16 burners and 2 separate workstations. It has four convection ovens, ample refrigeration space, and microphone capabilities. An additional pantry kitchen out of view in the back is equipped with two additional ovens, ten more burners and more refrigeration. This room can seat up to 84 people at round tables or 65 classroom style, or can be combined with our foyer area to hold a cocktail party for up to 150. Use of microphones is included in the price.

Two full walls of Manhattan skyline views are a spectacular backdrop to this hands-on working kitchen that can seat up to 20 people banquet style. The room includes four separate workstations, each with its own set of four burners and an oven. There is refrigeration space available in this kitchen.

This is a brand new hands-on working kitchen. There are 3 moveable workstations as well as 4 sets of ovens, each with a set of 10 burners. There is a full refrigerator, freezer and convection ovens. This room can seat up to 24 at the cooking stations.

602 & 603 6th Floor Meeting/Function Room

These rooms are perfect for sit-down dinner parties, wine tastings, seminars, or meetings for a maximum of 90 people seated at rounds or for a cocktail party for up to 150 people. Depending on availability, a prep/galley kitchen is available at an additional cost ($600.)

In addition to holding wine tastings, this room is great for meetings, seminars and cocktail parties. Depending on the set-up, it can hold 40-50 for a seated dinner or meeting, or about 90 for cocktails.

501 Pastry Kitchen

Equipped with two large stone-floor ovens, a convection oven, a proofer, three movable workstations, induction burners, and ample refrigeration and freezer space, this kitchen is perfect for events built around pastry, bread baking, or pizza making themes.

14th Floor Kitchens
This floor houses our professional kitchens, each with state-of-the-art equipment including refrigeration and is perfect for food production.

Included in prices for all kitchens are cooking equipment, flatware, china, glassware, tables and linens.

Other fees to consider include:
  • Chef assistants: $100 each per 5-hour shift (we require all room rentals to have at least one chef assistant present)
  • 20% service charge
  • Sales tax
  • Event management assistance fee: 8%
Optional fees, depending on your needs, may include::
  • ICE chef: $350 plus additional if developing menus
  • Additional chef assistants: $100 per 5-hour shift
  • Wait staff: $200 each per 5-hour shift (we recommend at least one per table)
  • Freight elevator: $75/hr (4 hr min)
  • Food costs: depending on menu; ICE will provide a cost once pull sheet is submitted (required 10 days prior to event)
  • Beverages: $8 per person for coffee, tea, soft drinks and water; $5 per person for beer; $10 per bottle of wine
  • Flowers: $60 - $75 each
  • Upgrades on chairs or linens ($260 min)
  • Storage fees: $50 per day for any materials over four cubic feet in volume delivered to ICE more than 72 hours prior to an event.
