ICE offers four award-winning career training programs: Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, Culinary Management, and Hospitality Management. Our trained, attentive chef instructors in small classes – no more than 16 students – ensure individual attention and plenty of hands-on experience. Between classes, you’ll enjoy all of the excitement, culture and great cuisine of New York City, America’s culinary capital.
ICE costs substantially less than other culinary schools and is approved for New York State GI Bill and Veterans’ Affairs education benefits. Even better, we offer up to a $4,000 ICE Military Tuition Allowance to past and current members of the U.S. Military on top of the benefits you receive from the Military.
In 2009, ICE placed 518 externs in 324 establishments- some of the world's top restaurants- in 16 states and 6 countries. And following your externship, you’ll have access to job placement services that will open the door to an exciting, successful career!
ICE students reside in New York’s most vibrant communities. Housing options include fully furnished dorms or apartments with short-term leases, no deposits or application fees – all conveniently located in New York City’s trendiest neighborhoods. Remember, there’s something for every budget.
ICE offers convenient morning, afternoon, evening and weekend classes, starting each month throughout the calendar year. You can earn your ICE diploma in just 8 to 12 months.
