Our Professional Development courses are designed to help you further or start your career in the culinary world. In terms of enrollment prerequisites, these courses fall into three categories:

1) No pre-requisite 2) Open only to individuals with prior full-time work experience in the culinary or baking field 3) Open only to graduates of the Institute of Culinary Education's culinary career program.
