Our Professional Development courses are designed to help you further or start your career in the culinary world. In terms of enrollment prerequisites, these courses fall into three categories:

No pre-requisite
   
2.
Open only to individuals with prior full-time work experience in the culinary or baking field
   
3.
Open only to graduates of the Institute of Culinary Education's culinary career program.
